I charge a 50% cancellation fee if you don’t cancel your appointment within two hours before the scheduled time. This applies to both clients who make the cancellation and those who don’t show up at all. Additionally, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be charged and will need to reschedule their appointment.
